The Beatles were an English rock group with four talented members. Their names were Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and John Lennon. They formed in Liverpool, England. Today, only two members remain. George Harrison died on November 29, 2001 at the age of 58 due to metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. John Lennon was assassinated on December 8, 1980 by Mark David Chapman. Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr are still in the music business. |
